Overall, we were very underwhelmed with the product and it did not meet the expectations. The size was much smaller than we had expected even though we had upgraded to the medium (deluxe) size. Unfortunately, we felt this product was not representative of the support we wanted to show the family. Other attendees spent far less on much larger and impactful arrangements from other companies. Additionally, your pricing is misleading. It’s listed at $64.99, however you should make the customer aware that there will be additional fees to the tune of $20+ in order to get the product to the memorial.

We are able to deliver at the same day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone. Please note that holiday observances may affect requested delivery dates.
